Changing lives. Opening minds.

Erasmus+ is the new European Union programme for education, training, youth and sport for 2014-2020. It replaces several existing EU programmes. For the first time, Erasmus+ will also offer EU support for sport. Erasmus+ is open to students, teachers, apprentices, volunteers, youth leaders.
The seven-year budget amounts to 14.7 billion, which represents a 40% increase compared to the previous edition of the EU programs in the field of education. More than 4 million young people - students and adults - will be able to take advantage from the programme by gaining experience, studying, training or volunteering abroad.

The number of participant countries comprises:

• 28 EU Member States countries
• EFTA/EEA countries: Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway
• EU candidate countries: Turkey, the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia

International cooperation was, is and will be high on the list of priorities in
the development strategy of our College. For many years, our students have had a chance to go to many countries in Europe in order to complete part of their studies or apprenticeships. Through Erasmus+ program (formerly Socrates-Erasmus and LLP Erasmus) many representatives of our teaching staff have gone to partner universities in order to give lectures, conduct researches, develop new contacts and broaden the scope of cooperation. Our College has also hosted students from Lithuania and Latvia, and many teachers from Turkey, Hungary, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
